📦 Making a Return

Timeframe: We accept returns postmarked within 15 calendar days of your order's confirmed arrival date.

Authorization is Required (RMA): Your order may ship from one of several warehouses. To ensure your return is directed to the correct facility for processing, you must contact us first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return address. Returns received at the wrong location or without a valid RMA number cannot be processed for a refund.

Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition with all factory seals intact. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.

Shipping: The customer may be responsible for the costs associated with return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your package.

Processing: Once the correct facility receives your return and confirms that the item meets all the conditions outlined above, your refund will be processed promptly.
