We appreciate your understanding regarding our shipping times. Since every product is manufactured on demand specifically for you, the total time until delivery is a combination of two steps:

  1. Production Time: The time required to produce your custom order. This typically takes 1 to 6 working business days.

  2. Shipping Time: The time the carrier takes to deliver the package. This duration varies depending on the shipping method chosen and the distance between the factory and your destination, usually ranging from 4 to 23 working business days.

Total Delivery Time = Production Time (1–6 days) + Shipping Time (4–23 days)

We sincerely apologize for the length of time this process takes, but we kindly ask for your understanding. This "made-to-order" approach allows us to ensure quality and offer unique products.
